ROASTER & ALE HOUSE
The Wenatchee Roaster and Ale House is a favorite among locals
and visitors alike, offering a fun, affordable dining experience
and the most spectacular views of the Wenatchee Valley and Columbia
River. Special occasions, birthday parties business or casual
events you’re sure to have a great time at The Roaster.
All
of our meats are hand rubbed with our own special BBQ rub and
smoked over Fruitwood Fire for hours! This special technique creates
tender mouthwatering flavors that will bring a smile to your face.

BBQ Smoke & Fire Baby Back Ribs - Choice tenderloin
ribs roasted for hours to insure the succulent meat falls from
the bones. For you hot heads we have our award winning, house
made 4 alarm BBQ sauce.
18 Hour Flavor Cycle Roasted Pork Loin

House BBQ Turkey - Fruitwood Smoker
roasted turkey with our terrific BBQ sauce. Comes with beans,
Scottie's onions, BBQ slaw, and cornbread.
Kushi Yaki King Salmon - We think
our house teriyaki with its subtle of onion, garlic, and ginger
provides the perfect enhancement. Finally, the salmon is garnished
with bias cut green onion, diced red pepper and a mix of black
and white sesame seeds.
The
Roaster opens at 6:30AM Monday to Friday and 7AM on Saturday and
Sunday. The restaurant closes at 9PM on Sunday to Thursday and
10PM on the weekend.
The
Ale House offers DJ entertainment from 9PM to 12:30AM Tuesday
to Thursday and 9PM to 1:30AM Friday and Saturday. Late night
dining is available in the lounge until midnight.
ROOM
SERVICE
The convenience of Room Service is available for breakfast from
7AM to 10AM; and for lunch and dinner from 11AM to 9PM.
